Come along and join our Mother and Tot Bootcamp and coffee morning to lose those baby pounds, or just get together with your friends for a wee workout and coffee after! Lose weight and have fun, make new friends while spending time with your baby/toddler, inside FitnessChicks!
With a full body workout including resisitance and cardio workouts, you are sure to lose your mummy tummy and feel fabulous again. So instead of paying for expensive creches or babysitters, you can workout and have your baby/toddler with you. We will work together to help you either kickstart or regain your fitness.
