Our 6 week Bootcamp has been designed to give you a kick start to your fitness plan. During the 6 weeks, you can come to 2 classes a week. We welcome girls and women of all ages who want to improve their health and fitness, and increase their self –esteem and wellbeing. At our Bootcamp you will be encouraged to push your limits but also made feel welcome and challenged in a safe environment – At our Bootcamp we will not shout or scream at you, single you out, or make you do anything you do not want to do. Instead we chat through your exercises and motivate you reach your fitness goals.
The 6 week outdoor course allows us to use the park and all its facilities to help you get fit – from running around the meadows, to playing in the kids park and will last 1 hour!
The Bootcamp has been designed to give you a FULL BODY WORKOUT and make you feel fantastic after every session!!!
