PERSONAL TRAINING (1-2-1)FitnessChicks Personal Training is one to one sessions designed by real women for real women.
We will make you feel at ease from the word go, the happier and the more relaxed we can make you, the better results you will get.
Our approach to exercise and fitness is to make it realistic and practical which will hopefully become a habit and carry through your life to make you fitter and healthier long term. We don’t believe in quick fixes and will help you achieve your goals and keep you motivated throughout your programme.
At FitnessChicks we really focus on helping any women get fitter/ slimmer/ healthier/ toned (the list goes on) and this includes women who are overweight and women who don’t feel comfortable going to gyms and prefer to exercise in the privacy of their own homes, the FitnessChicks Studio or a nearby park. Every woman that takes part in our programmes is encouraged, supported and motivated at all times. And most importantly we will respect you for who you are and help you reach your goals whilst making all your sessions fun. We also create exercise programmes for mums to be or if you are a new mum looking to loose weight and strengthen your stomach muscles again, please note your doctor must have approved you to exercise at your six week check before commencing your personal programme. We can help you improve your diet and eating habits. This could be small changes to your eating habits which can have amazing results on your whole body and mind.
To give you an idea of programmes we offer, we have listed them below but please be aware that we take an individual approach to your fitness & health needs and would only use this this as a guide line and to give you ideas
(6 weeks) Tone to Bone Programme
Get rid of those wobbly bits and concentrate on the problem areas to give you the ultimate results.
(8 weeks) Back to Fitness (Post Pregnancy)
Ease you back in to fitness after child birth - a must for any Mother who wants to get fit and feel good about herself and her body!!
(6 weeks) Drop a Dress Size
Need to loose a few pounds, want to be a specific size, let us help you get there.
Bridal Fitness
Help you look and feel amazing on your big day. Combining cardio & weights and a healthy managble eating plan to get the results desired. If you like you can even get your bridesmaids involved and get them to come along to the training session to.
Out of a Rut
Are you feeling low, unhappy, not liking what you are seeing or doing?? Do you need that motivation to get going? Well don't sit there and do nothing, come along and let us help you design a programme that will make you feel good - most importantly inside and outside.
Goal Specific Training
Running a race, you could be training for something you have never done before - let us give you a fantastic training programme to make sure you are ready and fighting fit.
