Class Timetable & Descriptions

 To book your FitnessChicks fitness class please use the booking system below. (You can also just "drop in" to classes as long as you are aware the class may be cancelled in an emergency and we say to book so we have your details :) ) You do not have to pay online (this can be by - passed when you follow the link by clicking Pay Later) and have the option pay at class but please still book your class via our booking system.  If you wish to cancel your class please try to give at least 2 hours notice

 

IF BOOKING FOR ROXY'S CLASSES AT CRAIGROYSTON - THESE CLASSES ARE PAY AS YOU GO WHEN YOU COME TO THE CLASS.

Class Descriptions

 Here is a little guide of what the classes at FitnessChicks entail......

 

 

AEROBATONE

This class is an absolute favourite amongst the members! A high energy aerobics class with lots of grapevines, high knee runs and jumping jacks.  This class is a to get the heart pumping and the calories burning. A choreographed routine to amazing jumping tunes will leave you feeling energised and buzzing after this class :)

BOUNCERCISE -

The trampoline class that is guaranteed to get you smiling and laughing and burning calories all at the same time! our choreographed class will leave you sweaty and grinning from ear to ear! it really is the most fun you will have in an exercise environment.  You will literally be bouncing the pounds off!!!

FC HIIT BOOTCAMP

FitnessChicks High Intensity Interval Training.  This class is literally INSANE!!  This class is guarnteed to get you sweaty sweaty sweaty!! It incorporates high intensity movements with short periods of rest (to catch your breath!) This class will get you fit in no time!
