WHAT TO WEAR?
Wear comfortable clothing appropriate for exercise that allows movement.  Trainers should be worn to most classes (bare foot for pilates) making sure they support and fit the feet correctly.
  
WHAT TO BRING?
Bring water to all classes.  Some classes will require a fitness/ pilates mat - these will not be supplied andyou must bring your own. These classes are Cardio Bums, Legs & Tums, Pilates, Ab - ilates,  Challenge GI Jane & the GI Jane Bootcamp.
